Objective
Design an layout, a system application, and a vehicle application as a complete AGV solution.
Utilize the Kollmorgen NDC8 platform to design and simulate AGV operations.

Simulation Result
The vehicle finds the nearest package and drops it at the nearest station.
Traffic and Line Segment Allocation
Red: future route, not allocated yet
Green: allocated segment
Yellow: current segment
Layout drawing & Functionality
Stations: include home station, dropping station, and picking station
Conveyors: may or may not have an available pallet
Warning area: a position zone with a warning light
Door: stay closed to block segment, available for SSIO handshake
Global parameters: global status that overrides movement
Transport Structures (TS)
TS are commands for various movements and communications such as calling physical movement, SSIO IO, error exception, etc. Here is an example of placing an order.
